Who we are

engagemojo is run by Adaptive Digital Ventures LLC (“we”). These terms cover engagemojo.com, the app, and the cards you make with it. By making an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

An account is for one person. Enterprise accounts are set up with us for a team.

Your cards

What you put on your cards stays yours. You give us permission to host it, show it at the card’s link, put it in wallet passes and print files, and use it to answer questions visitors ask your card.

Publish only what you have the right to publish, including photos and your company’s logo. A company’s brand is offered to you only once you verify an email address at that company.

Using engagemojo fairly

Please don’t use a card to mislead people, to pretend to be someone else, to send spam, or to collect details for anything other than replying to the person who left them. We can take down a card or close an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Leads and visitors

When someone leaves their details on your card, they reach you so you can reply to what they asked. Use them for that, and look after them. Our privacy notice explains what visitors are told.

Plans and payment

Free, Pro and Enterprise include what the plans page shows.

Billing

Pro is billed in US dollars by Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renews on its own until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the billing portal. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free and everything you made stays.

Refunds

Payments cover the period they were made for, and we don’t refund part of a period.

Prices

If a price changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, at your next renewal.

Metal NFC cards are ordered separately, under the terms shown when you order.

The service

We work to keep engagemojo running and your cards reachable. It will change as we improve it, and we will tell you ahead of time about any change that takes something away from your plan.

engagemojo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen; it and everything in it is erased after 30 days. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you first unless the law or someone’s safety says otherwise.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change them, we will post the new version here and email account holders at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect.
